Fall Softball

Did anybody have time to check out the first softball scrimmage this weekend? How did the team look? Any surprises on the returning player? Did the new freshman look decent? Hopeful to get out this weekend and watch them play.

Landry hit a solo shot, Simmons was about 2' from having a 3 run shot as well. All in all, most of the returning players looked okay, just shaking off the rust.
The freshman looked like freshman. No balls for them to field from what I remember. No one set the field on fire, but you can see the talent. Hopefully they get a lot of time in the fall to get accustomed to college ball.

I have been checking the website but there hasn't been any mention of fall practice. Seems they want to remain anonymous.
