Favre will always have a leg up on Rogers inside the Packers organization simply due to his consecutive games played streak, blue-collar work ethic, and personality unless Rogers wins a few more titles before his career is over. Rogers is a joy to watch play, but I don't think he's above Favre on the greatest Packers QB of his career ended today.

That said, Rogers is not in the Top 10 of all-time today, but is well on his way getting into the class. It is too early to crown him anything but one of the best in the league today.

Favre owned the entire record book when he retired.

Rodgers is going to need at least one Lombardi to pass him. If he plays at an elite level for another 7-10 years he'll be #1 on the Packers list but for now he's below Favre.

and personality

You couldn't be more wrong about this.
Favre is one of the biggest assholes in NFL history.

If he had a great personality and was well respected among those in the know, then there would have been a mad scramble by the television networks to have him working for them. There wasn't one.

Nobody would have wanted to work with Brett Favre in a studio.
Also, nobody wanted him on their coaching staff either.
