Obviously that's the best case scenario I'm hoping for but he's not even at the start of practice.

I would plan on starting Luck...my backup plan would be to start Luck, if Luck does not play I am not even sure if I would drop someone to pick up one of those guys.

No, 14 team league and with the terrible injuries and play this year a lot of teams have a second QB on their bench. It's been a weird year.
