What type of job do you have? I only ask bc you're up at 3 am right now on a wed night talking about lack of energy when sleep could be doing you some good. Is this a normal thing for you? Are you working nights?
My hours change regularly... and really aren't normal at all.. so that doesn't help.
Some nights I get off at midnight, some days I get up at 4:30 in the morning. But I do always try to get at least 7 hours of sleep in. And tend to be able to schedule my self so I'll at least be sleepy and ready to go to bed when needed.
I'm off the next two days... so not really worried about it tonight.

I feel ya. I'm a shift guy myself and 7 hours are hard to come by sometimes. I drag arse quite often and need sleep catch up days, but I can certainly tell when I'm well rested vs. when I'm not. Have you tried taking a multivitamin? The bottom line is if your getting enough rest, eating decent, and getting exercise and you still feel lethargic all the time, it's time to get checked. Screw the antidepressants. Test levels would be my next stop if you truly are doing the other things listed.
