He will always bring an initial culture change and everyone will buy-in but in the long run he's not someone capable of sustained excellence and he'll always be hated in time. It only took the Niners (FO and players) 4 seasons filled largely with excellence to tune out.
Yet he's had a good defense both before and now apparently after Fangio. Hmmmm....
