If Baylor was in the SEC West they would be Texas A&M with a worse defense. Would put up big #'s but couldn't stop anyone.

Baylor's finna get beat by Texas Tech. Were they really touting a team who's wins so far are over SMU, Lamar and Rice? Look, I know UT is 1-3 but they've lost to Notre Dame, Cal and Oklahoma State, and two of those should have been wins. We'll see who's who at the end of the season.

It's funny because I was thinking we are starting to see the downward cycle of the spread. Look at the Pac 12, where power teams like UCLA, USC and Utah are asserting themselves. Look at the success that Stanford has had out there as a pure power team with much less talent than most of the teams they play. Auburn is falling off. Sumlin decided to move to a run/defense focus in the offseason. Alabama has lost their power identity, and is racking up 500+ yards and 37 points in losses. The recent rise of the Big 10 also demonstrates the resurgence of power football, with teams like Michigan State and Ohio State, who play great defense and run the ball.
