Maybe players should follow the rules?
The flags are excessive, but until the rules are changed, you are going to continue to see a hefty amount of flags.

How about a "penalty limit" where if a player gets X number of flags, he has to sit a series? (And on personal fouls/unsportsmanlike conducts, if he gets X number of those he's tossed from the game.)

Any time I see a defensive player chasing a QB I just assume he's going to get a roughing the passer call. It's getting ridiculous.
