I don't know what kind of contacts or pedigree an AD has to have
Do you need nation wide and industry contacts to hire a good coach? Does AF have that? I honestly don't know. I like AF I just don't understand what qualifies him and what would not.

Most universities hire a search firm for their coaching searches.
