Having to constantly login with new iOS update on my iPad

I used to stay logged in before the update, whether I turned my iPad off, closed the tab, or reloaded it. Now, when any of those actions occur, I'm logged out and have to log back in.

Have you checked to see if In Private browsing was turned on?

That was probably it. Appeared to be a Prophet problem.
