Market pricing of Fed hike

I keep reading about an assumption from the market that is "pricing in" the likelihood of a rate hike in the coming months.
WSJ describes this as a 35% vote on the futures markets that a rate hike will come soon.
Which markets are they talking about? Equity markets? Bond markets? Can someone help me understand this notion?

Yes both markets but it really is just an assumption. The bond market is the real mystery in the hat.
