Yea, the big one that comes to mind is when Parvatti played 2 idols on Jerri and Sandra in the merge episode of Heroes vs Villains.
I think what he was getting at was this might be the first time all votes at a tribal council get negated. For example, if Kelley and Jeremy are the two targets and they both play their idols and nobody has any votes.
I think it's either that or a tie between 2 people at Final Tribal Council.
