NOHO, I feel your pain.
I was laid up for 5 days because I hurt my back GETTING OUT OF MY CAR...Back muscles are freaky, finicky things. Since then I have had 3 additional instances of my back locking up at seemingly the most random occasions.
If you work at a desk, I recommend a good lumbar support. I just bought this one last week.
Memory Foam lumbar support
