Definitely hit Ottos for some good German food.
Definitely do the garrison bros distillery, they seem like good people and the bourbon is tasty. While there you can get in some wineries just around the corner. William Chris is right there on the highway by garrison bros. It was probably my favorite of the bunch. Also, grape creek and perdenales were nice.

This, it can be combined with a few wineries since it's right down the main highway.
Pedernales Brewing is in Fredericksburg, they didn't have a tasting room when the wife and I went, but they did some pretty solid beer. They likely have a tasting room and do tours now.
