What NFL coach won a SB with one QB, stayed around, rebuilt after that QB and won again with the same franchise?

The only one close would be Bill Walsh I think and they never rebuilt, just reloaded. Plus he never coached Young as a starter.

I cannot recall one situation like this one turning out well by keeping a coach

I mean most nfl coaches don't stay around as long as a franchise QB due to age and other factors

It isn't really a territory that is common

And we're still 3 years away from a QB change IMO

I can't think of it either way. It depends on the QB evaluation
