Germany loved football, from what I understand a huge portion of the people that go to the London games are Americans who live in Europe.

This.

It would be 1 continent of NFL fans supporting the team. German , British, American expats or soldiers of the away team,etc......

"The EU Crusaders "?

Just doesn't seem impossible.

Yep... I was stationed at RAF Lakenheath when the Dolphins and Giants played the first ever NFL regular season game at Wembley stadium. I didn't know at the time I'd be watching the Worst team in the NFL (Dolphins) vs the eventual super bowl champs but the game was pretty meh. Granted I am a Falcons fan, but yea, it wasn't that fun. The atmosphere was piss poor because people didn't know when/what to cheer for. The base actually chartered about 200 people to and from the game to give us the "NFL" experience. The pre-game festivities were more entertaining than the game itself.

The field conditions were shitty too. They weren't prepared to have several 300+ pound men with deep cleats tearing up a futbol pitch. It wasn't made for that.

So if they want to have a team in London, then the team in London needs to be prepared to play at 8 PM at night for 1 O'clock games, or 1/2 AM for the night games. Then it would be fair. The jet lag is absolutely ferocious going there.
