Last winter I swear we just ate gumbo, chili and either homemade tortilla, taco, or veggie soup
We got in a habit of cooking a ton on Sunday and just eating it throughout the week with a salad or sandwich.
So good!

Gumbo is great and stewed chicken is a close second on a cold day
