did it seem to anyone else that the yellow line for first down was in the wrong place on that last drive by piss st? What was that? that guy didn't get a first according to the yellow line and it wasn't even close,but i didn't see the actual marker.does anyone know what that was?

I saw exactly what you are talking about. Sure looked like he was shirt by a yard by the yellow line.

Yes that did seem like a phantom 1st down. Either spot was wrong or yellow TV line was in the wrong place.

how can the ref just pick up the ball and walk two yards forward without it a being a big deal? am i misunderstanding?

Ok thanks. I was going crazy. i didn't understand how this wouldn't be a national story if the ref was literally walking the ball forward, and also didn't have the replay. thanks

yea thats why i had asked if the yellow line was wrong just had no way to go back and check.
