This definitely should be outlawed and should be classified under artificial sound that provides a competitive advantage.

If you have to sit within 10 feet of you its a big deal. Just takes away the experience of enjoying the game. I like the MS fans but will never go back simply because I don't like headaches.

technically you're correct about artificial noise, but it's a nice little tradition, so I say let them keep it.

I've always said that LSU should give out cowbells for home games JUST when Miss State comes to town. It would be funny to hear them bitch about how it's cheating if we do it.
