Uh... He didn't come up short... If Dupre doesn't misjudge the ball it's a TD. Dupre turned the wrong way and started to backpedal. That's the only reason it was incomplete. It's always the QBs fault though right...??

^ This. The ball wasn't misplaced. Dupre misjudged and should not have turned around.

That's because he threw it behind him. He had the whole middle of the field to throw him open, but he threw it short and where the defender could make a play.
