As a South Florida resident for the last 5 years, I'm just going to say be careful what you ask for. I think Ireland is a very good talent evaluator for a lot of positions particularly in the trenches /front 7,secondary. Skill position players not so much. He also doesn't do his best work when he is brokering the deals.
Imo he is working EXACTLY where he should be right now.

Front office had a big house cleaning this offseason, including basically the entire scouting department. You can't for call for heads because most of those heads that were there are gone.

Same with Powell he is on IR.
The two picks that hurt are SJB and Fortt. And only one of those was a bust because of lack of talent (which is a damn shame it was our second rounder).
