They are mirrored and if it doesn't show up then you need to call customer service and have them do a reset
You could try holding power on box for 10 seconds and do a hard reset
Also you can do what's called a check switch from your menu. Basically it resets the satellites. The satellite you're getting HD from is different from regular channels
So if you get 1 HD channel, you get them all and vice versa. Hope it makes sense
