What if's are fun, but the reality is the U.S., mainly the middle class males of our country are the ones sent to fight these battles in the sand. The Brits had the same problem; fighting wars in foreign lands, with money they didn't have. They went broke. At some point, we have to allow shitty countries to be shitty.
