Miller also played on Shine A Light.
But that in no way discredits Watts. Richards for instance did not play on the tune at all. There is also some debate on how accurate Jagger's album credits were given the environment in which they were recorded.

Here is my 2 cents -
Barrimore Barlow - Tull
David Garbaldi - TOP
Jerry Shirley - Humble Pie

I don't think there's any doubt about You Can't Always Get What You Want.
"Jimmy Miller sat down at the drums and remained there playing on the take. Charlie was not happy but was graceful about it. Mick and Keith played acoustic guitars, I played piano, Bill was on bass and Brian lay on his stomach in the corner reading an article on botany throughout the proceedings. I then overdubbed the organ."- Al Kooper
If Al doesn't know, nobody knows. Charlie claims that Miller wasn't a good drummer, but was good at playing drums on the record. Another arrow in the quiver of one of the absolutely strangest cats in rock and roll history (and I'm talking about Watts, here.) Think about what he said. He couldn't play the track. He didn't define being a good drummer as being good on the record. So he considered himself a touring drummer? Strange, weird little dude.
