Just another highway project with no accountability. it has to be the worst planning of a project i've ever seen. They started working on the bridge right around the same time as the start of the billion dollar expansion at cf industries, that bridge is seeing more cars than ever before.

It's just like anything else in this area regarding road work. Absolutely no planning or foresight.
The project has lasted so long, that there are sections already starting to rust again.
