I only saw gov, mil and edu data. Also wasnt a complete view since I didnt see names listed. But you could clearly tell which accounts had made a purchase (indicated by 1) vs those that had only signed up to the site (indicated by 0). I suppose a purchased account could still be created thru fraudulent means but i'd guess the vast majority of those have correct personal data that was verified for online payment processing.

Can you tell anything by the amount of the purchase? Like basic vs more stuff?
