Is someone blaring their terrible music at a gas station necessary? Is someone walking around with their pants around their knees necessary? Are truck nuts necessary? Are yeti stickers necessary? All could be deemed "offensive". But I just accept that being offended is a part of life and move on. Unless the dude had ebola I don't think a wet willy is doing any harm.

It's a wet willy. I've had my sister try to bend my finger back for giving her one, but I never realized they were such serious business.

I think people are mostly arguing that an arrest is too severe a punishment. I agree that the guy was inappropriate.
