What if he thought he knew them and was simply mistaken. Have you never been in a situation where someone wasn't who you thought they were? Harmless mistake maybe? It was a wet willy people. He didn't rub poop in the kid's hair.

All could be deemed "offensive". But I just accept that being offended is a part of life and move on.
Unless the dude had ebola I don't think a wet willy is doing any harm.
