I don't want to understand why i'm being down voted. The charges may be a little harsh, but he wouldn't be facing them if he hadn't fricked with that kid. If it were your wife and kid I'd bet every guy on this board will want to beat the crap out of him and if they couldn't they would want to see him squirm in the justice sytem.

Agree. Crackhead high as hell touches a kid. Probably would give him a black eye. If you know the people then it's a great prank.

Never mind both are misdemeanors in CT where this took place.
