I was very happy I lived at home in college. Was a stable good place. Hot meals, free laundry. But... my parents were not nearly controlling or unreasonable. All they'd ask is that I go to classes and, when out, call at 2 am If crashing somewhere else.
That payphone outside Sports(Reggies) got a workout back then.
