He's all about that Celtic - St. Pauli brotherhood thing. It's just hilarious to me how they're anti like everything he believes in.

Can't wait for Deadspin, Vice Sports, and every other website along those lines to constantly push their own "Why You Should Be Supporting St. Pauli" long-form article over the next few weeks

Well, I only follow EPL right now and I choose Tottenham because well, I don't know whey but I like Tottenham. So, not sure what that means other than I like a team that perpetually finishes 5th in the league!

I'm going through the list posted earlier and I'm def not a bandwaggoner!

And you might want to pick Schalke then if you like that perennial underachieving finish...

Edit: Damn, Hendo beat me to it!

It's funny because I had a feeling after reading through the thread that would be the pick. I want to cheer for Hamburger, well because they are Hamburger! I know I'm the 1st one to use that as a joke

I think I'm down to Schalke, Wolfsburg, Augsburg.

I think a lot of people are going to hop on the Wolfsburg bandwagon this season. I love watching them play. But I do enjoy watching Bayern play as well as BVB (when they're actually doing well).

I tried to watch Hamburg a couple seasons back (a combination of FIFA and Hendo and Tweezy helping me out), but they are an absolute dumpster fire. Ugh.

I'm not sure what the long-term prospects are for Augsburg. Wolfsburg's owned by Volkswagen so they have really deep pockets. They set up pretty nicely to be good for a while since they're not pussies like Dortmund who refused to give their players raises and then blamed everything on Bayern.

Schalke has a very impressive youth academy. Julian Draxler is one of my favorite players when he's healthy and Max Meyer is incredible among a myriad of other super talented youngsters like Geis and Goretzka

Just watch the games over a period of time and you will gravitate toward a team. Let it come to you.

Thanks HH, you didn't help me out a bit! I think I'll just watch some of them all at the beginning and see which one I enjoy watching. That doesn't make me a bad fan does it?

I could see that on Vox, Salon, or Huffington Post. Super fluff piece, making other fans villains, and St.Pauli fans as Saints.

Don't sleep on Weigl, I think he will turn out to be our best signing this year

Hendo, what can you tell me about Werder Bremen? My boy Aron is now there.

They play with 2 strikers and they only have like 3 on the team so he should play often.
