Yes I do. No way am I letting some snot nose kid making minimum wage do any kind of work on my $5000 engine. Most oil pans these days are aluminum and will crack if the steel plug bolt is over tightened. Do you think those guys torque those correctly at 17ft lbs? Hell no. They have no clue what a torque wrench is and you're getting some cheap wholesale oil that sits in a bulk oil storage that is more than likely to have water in the bottom. Lowest quality filter bought in bulk as well and most times not the correct filter just a crossover made to fit as many cars as possible to keep inventory down. No thanks I'll do it myself.
