Most people wouldn't be looking to put 5 zones or more of audio in a house. For those that do there is a cost to do so and Sonos is around entry level for a system like that.

The beauty of Sonos is that you don't have to buy it all at once and it's portable.

You're the one who came in here shitting on the thread.

Hmm. I feel it's a waste of money. I've provided a lot of information, both about my personal situ as well as documented what I run, it's cost, and then compared it to a similar Sonos setup and their cost to help to illustrate why I feel the way I do.

Then I responded to your comment, again with factual information to help explain where I'm coming from. I haven't really heard anyone refute the cost argument I've made, nor explained how the relative level of innovation and ease of use that the technology baked into Sonos provides doesn't seem to come close to approaching the additional cost of the example I provided.

How am I shitting on the thread? Because I don't bay like a sheep saying Sonos over and over again? Not sure that qualifies. I'm open to being convinced the brand is worth it's cost. I don't think anyone has been able to do that. Not because I'm hating or shitting on the thread. But because I know what you, me or anyone else could do with 3-5 thousand dollars they didn't have to pay for the brand and tech.
