I never know when you're serious lol.
But yes, definitely. Regardless of what happened in the past, I'm sure they'll use him wherever he can contribute the most. If it's special teams, and he's not shook emotionally from his injury, they will most certainly use him there.
Rarely do you see any returns now-a-days since Goodell tweaked the kickoff spot.
