Nothing runs like a deere. I bought a 01 850c lgp series 2 with 10,000 hours for 40gs, i use it everyday clearing my 40 acres, runs like a top.

If u have never run a dozer better get somebody who has to run it, r u gona mess ur land up bad. Find a good place to pile up the brush bc it will b a eyesore for awhile. My biggest problem with clearing land is not pileing up brush, its geting rid of the piles. I burn what i can then bury the rest with a john deere 200lc trachoe. Good luck
