I'd go with Sam, but it's kinda splitting hairs.
the former was overblown, and the latter was somewhat scheme-related.
a Texans fan blog did a pretty good breakdown of Sam right after he was drafted, focusing on stuff like his having to take on blockers, why he lined up slightly off the ball/ seemed to come off late.
a lot of times Sam played like a bigger DE than the 6'4 250 guy he was. and he still mixed in the disruptive tfl/ sack stuff to boot (taking nothing from Keke, who was better at the point against the run than ppl gave him credit for).
