Can you think of any situation where not complying is warranted?

Say a "consentual" search of your home, or complying with the officer when he tells you to open your car trunk? Or disclosing how much cash is in your wallet, or in your bank account? What about when he asks to see your cellphone? Just imagine how angry he will be if you don't comply. What about having an interview in a police station without counsel, or he demanding you waive your rights to grand jury?


You don't want to upset him, he might shoot you in the head.
