re: Should kids be allowed to play on ipads/iphones at 2 or 3 years old?

I gave my kid one when he was 3 but I didn't put batteries in it. I told him as soon as he learned how to do the dishes without getting water all over the floor I would put batteries in it. Well he learned but I changed the game on the little bastard. Told him I would put batteries in it if he cleaned the pool out every morning before his chores started. Well he cleaned the pool out but never got his batteries. Haha, kids are soooo stupid.
