We have a witness that says Gonzales was backing away when he was first shot and we have the cops saying he has three entry wounds in his back.
Sorry but Doyle wasn't protecting himself at all if either of these things are true.

we also have 911 tape of Gonzales saying that he wanted to whip Doyle's arse....
Gonzalez got what he asked for..he should have listened to his wife when she said lets go home
