Wait...remind me. We can or can't select players who transferred in from outside the EPL if they are already completed as of 2 hours ago?
I just can't remember if we can select them if they are official now or if all in-coming transfer must wait until the supplemental draft?

I was under the impression that any player who has officially been announced at a club at the start of this is draftable.
