What people forget about LSU's offense in 2011 is it was one of the most efficient in the country. Saying this offense already is way better than 2011 is definitely again, hyperbole. I also remember that year was Beckham's first year at WR and he was excellent day 1 as a freshman WR. We had Landry too but I don't remember him being a huge contributing factor except on STs?

This offense is waaaay more talented than coming into 2015 than the offense coming into 2011was, and it's not hyperbole. It's funny that you can't discern just how bad we were looking on offense prior to 2011.
There is very little room for a true freshman to come in and dominate really, outside of backup RB, because LSU is loaded everywhere on offense. Beckham doing what he did was necessary to 2011. Johnson, Dillon and Ferguson can all redshirt and we'd still have plenty of weapons at WR.
