You can't speak to them about facts. MSU is an after thought despite having the best QB in the SEC who ripped us a new a-hole last year and is on the road in the second game of the season. It takes awhile for team chemistry to come around and while this might also apply to MSU, they also have a proven PCer behind Center where that Senior leadership typically helps a team gel together faster...

MSU is going to be tough. That's brutal early season 2 game stretch for LSU and could make or break the season. As I said earlier, I could see them gaining a ton of confidence if they plow through those 2 games to maybe going to 8-0. Losing them both would be disastrous and hard to recover.

I'm surprised Dak even came back his Senior year. Typically MSU is an easy win but they're not going to be simply because it's on the road and they have him behind C this year. He'll make that entire offense better.
