Over slab or raised floor? If over raised floor is the backer board already down, if over slab are you using a crack isolation membrane etc. Where you located? What's shape of the room, are there a lot of cuts and things to cut around? Put shoe mold other trim etc down after finished? You supplying all materials? few factors to consider
