Glad we agree that everyone has choices. You may not believe they have the ability to choose to get help, but on that we disagree.
I will not concede that addicts are victims with no ability to choose to seek help. There are examples in this thread of addicts that thought they had no choices at all, but actually realized they did, and made the choice to get help.

Everyone has choices. That's not up for debate. It's the unending causal chain prior to the choice that is ultimately made where notions of free will dissipate.
