re: LSU fan origin.

Out-of-stater here, from NC. No family ties or childhood fandom to speak of. My grandmother was born in Louisiana, and that was about all I had to do with the state growing up. The first LSU sporting event I attended was the 2009 NCAA basketball tournament in Greensboro. I eventually became a student at LSU, and I've been hooked ever since.
