You must not know what "outlier" means. Miles win distribution:
13: 1 time
12: 1 time
11: 3 times
10: 2 times
9: 1 time
8: 2 times
That's pretty close to a bell curve. That's a normal distribution, without an outlier. It would actually be shocking if a coaching who won 10-11 games 5 out of 10 seasons DIDN'T have a 13-win season on the resume.
