Of course this is the right answer. I would lay down my life right now if my soul mate (wife) could have that five mil. Some of you guys are shallow and selfish or just young as frick.

The OP stated that the hypothetical was giving up the one woman that you are most compatible with of everyone on Earth.
At the risk of starting the pearl clutching, the odds that of billions of females, you just happened to marry your perfect match are slim so chances are you could keep the 5 million AND your wife.
