I have it and its a fun game. Game looks absolutely awesome and I enjoy the controls.
I find it is better than The Golf Club. Started playing the career mode and am enjoying it. If you enjoy golf games I believe you will enjoy playing it.
Worth the purchase for me. Definitely way better than the 5.5 that IGN gave it.

I picked it up yesterday, and played it for a few hours. I'll probably play some more tonight. Its not terrible, I just wish I could zoom ahead on the hole and I miss the spin and boost. Career mode is alright and its challenging. I like that the attributes increase after each round, and the progress is slow. I shot +9 in two rounds on my first tourney
