ISIS isn't that far from Israel as you can see in the map. They've made their way to Egypt and further into North Africa far beyond Israel. Jordan and Egypt (if discussing ISIS in Libya) would put up a hell of a fight. They aren't Syria and Iraq. Even Syria around Damascus would be very tough for ISIS to get through. Hezbollah in Lebanon also would be a very tough nut to crack. Israel is fairly well buffered right now against any land attack from ISIS.

Think about it...after ISIS's quick gains last year, they're been fairly well held in check by the underfunded and undersupplied Kurds, Allied airstrikes, and militias.
