ISIS isn't that far from Israel as you can see in the map. They've made their way to Egypt and further into North Africa far beyond Israel. It's not a stretch to think that a group who specializes in blending into the enemy to wreak havoc with suicide bombings and mass slaughters couldn't easily make their way to Israel thru Jordan, Syria, Lebanon for a suicide attack.

Jordan and Egypt (if discussing ISIS in Libya) would put up a hell of a fight. They aren't Syria and Iraq. Even Syria around Damascus would be very tough for ISIS to get through. Hezbollah in Lebanon also would be a very tough nut to crack. Israel is fairly well buffered right now against any land attack from ISIS.

Think about it...after ISIS's quick gains last year, they're been fairly well held in check by the underfunded and undersupplied Kurds, Allied airstrikes, and militias.
