Not neccesarily saying Lakers management. Maybe LA media members. Trying to get excitement in the fan base and make the Cavs have doubt and possibly stir trouble.
Bill Simmons even talked about it right after the Cavs got Love. Said something similar to.. "There is going to be a ton of misinformation and lies spread all season about the Cavs and Kevin Love to try and break them up. Hoping for a Dwight Howard situation part II"
