Galvan makes a great reel, but the Hatch is better for sure.

I like the hatch, haven't fished with the galvan yet. Haven't really tested the Hatch, just skipjacks and a few small specks, but for the price is it that much better? I mean the galvan is like $300 cheaper brand new and it feels like every bit the reel. I actually like the handle better on the galvan
Buddies have been catching bull reds consistently under the Hathaway bridge in PC/PCB on top water, so I'm hoping to put both reels to the test soon. 35 pound redfish should do the trick
